I've been a certified health coach (CHC) since 2019. My board certification is through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

I received my holistic nutritionist certification from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in 2013.

I know what it's like to be a working woman diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. I spent 30 years in public safety.
